My youngest brother Mike was diagnosed with ALS in 2016.  He continues his fight with humor and dignity.  He is always positive and focuses on what he can still do instead of what he can no longer do.  He has beaten the odds (average life expectancy is 3-5 years) to date there is no cure. By walking I am hopeful that a cure will be found to eradicate this disease and thus the anguish of watching your loved ones fade away.
