Our team is named Fairway Joe in honor of my dad, Joe, who loved golf and was rarely happier than when he was out on the course. In April 2026, our family was devastated to learn that he had ALS. Just a few short months later, in July 2026, we lost him to this cruel disease.

ALS changed our lives in ways we never imagined. We witnessed firsthand how quickly it can take away a person's ability to walk, speak, swallow, and breathe, while leaving behind a family searching for answers. No family should have to face this disease without support or hope.

We are walking in Joe's memory to honor the incredible husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend he was. We are also walking for every family currently facing an ALS diagnosis and for those who will hear those life-changing words in the future.

Your donation helps provide critical support and resources to people living with ALS and their caregivers, funds research for new treatments, and brings us one step closer to a cure. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference.
